• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

How to Cancel

• Order ID
• Registered name and contact details
• Reason for cancellation

Requests will be processed after verification.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of prepaid orders, refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
